This is how it all started…

A few days before moving to Dubai in late 2015, my now husband (at this point colleague) convinced me to watch the Cowspiracy documentary with him. That’s all it took. The next morning we went to the grocery store to source ingredients for vegan pancakes (they turned out horrible!) and I never looked back.

After moving to Dubai, I made it my mission to try all the vegan food that was available in Dubai and shared my findings on my very first blog and social media (‘My Vegan Dubai’). I quickly became the most knowledgeable person about vegan dining out in Dubai, followed restaurants invites and collaborated with different brands and partners.

A few years later, back in Europe, I volunteered for a large dutch vegan non-profit and also started my own business using my digital marketing knowledge to help others be successful with their vegan business. Today, I spent my time doing what I’m most passionate about: inspiring others to live a vegan life. You’ll find me on social media, podcasts and my own blog.
